After a good 20 minutes of Dynamic Mobility we want to get right into the Run Blocking Drills and then finish with Pass Blocking Drills.

5. Arm Leverage Pass Set Post (Start Engaged)
6. Defensive lineman beats outside hand recovery with inside hand punch
