So if you had a busy day like us and you are looking for a quick but healthy meal try this delicious tilapia butternut squash dish.
Ingredients:
Olive oil spray
4oz Butter nut squash noodles
1 Tilapia lion
Salt
pepper
Garlic salt
Paprika
Directions:
Spray frying pan with olive oil spray and toss the tilapia on the pan. Add salt and pepper for taste then cook for approximately 4 min on each side
Grab a medium size sauce pan fill 3/4 of the sauce pan with water and toss the butternut squash noodles in for approximately 4 min.
You should be able to grab the butternut squash noodles prepped at your local grocery store I grabbed this from BJ’s
This is a quick meal that takes under 10 min to cook. It’s clutch when you want something healthy and delicious but your don’t have a bunch of time
