Ingredients:
Olive Oil Spray
1 Large Onion Diced
5 Cloves of Garlic
2 jalapeño peppers
2 Anaheim peppers
2 Poblano peppers
1 pound ground chicken
1 pounds chicken breasts
2 cans small white beans
6 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Salt pepper

Direction:
Spray the pan with olive oil, sauté the onions, with garlic, salt & pepper.
Roast all of the peppers at 400° for about 20 minutes in the oven
Cook chicken breast in the oven on 350 for 30-35 minutes, salt and pepper before cooking
After onions are soft, add ground chicken and cook,
Meanwhile your peppers and chicken breast are cooking in the oven.
Add chicken stock after ground chicken is cooked,
add peppers once roasted don’t forget to removing seeds.
Take cooked chicken breast and cut into small Pieces and add.
Add bean and then Add 1/4 cup fresh cilantro and now bring to a low boil for about 15 minutes or so. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. Serve hot with a tablespoon of sour cream and fresh lime wedge.
